Victor U. Benjamin - Attorney

Victor U. Benjamin is a traffic defense and deportation defense attorney who focuses on helping people through some of the toughest moments in their lives. His practice includes traffic violation defense, deportation defense, post-order issues, and criminal cases where the stakes are high and the consequences are real. Mr.
 
He’s a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, U.S. Army veteran, and a 2021 John Paul Stevens Public Interest Fellow. That background shaped his commitment to public service and continues to influence how he approaches his work. Victor is especially driven by making sure his clients are heard and given a fair shot, particularly those who often get overlooked in the system.
 
Outside of his legal work, he stays involved in community advocacy through his nonprofit organization, “Big Brother Benjamin Foundation,” centered on youth advocacy, access to justice, and showing up for people when it matters most.

Isaiah Beyer - Attorney

Isaiah Beyer is a trial lawyer dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of his clients. He earned his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, and was admitted to the bar in 2022.

Mr. Beyer currently focuses his practice on traffic violation defense, representing clients facing the potentially serious consequences of traffic citations and related offenses. He brings a trial-oriented approach to each matter, carefully evaluating the circumstances of a case and developing a strategy tailored to the client's needs.

Before focusing his practice on traffic defense, Mr. Beyer gained broad experience across a variety of areas of law, including landlord-tenant disputes, family law, housing matters, administrative benefits, and foreclosure proceedings. This diverse background has given him experience navigating both straightforward and complex legal issues and advocating for clients in a wide range of circumstances. Mr. Beyer has also written on issues involving access to justice, with his work published in the Marion Bar Bulletin. His writing reflects a continuing interest in the practical barriers people face when seeking legal assistance and the importance of making the justice system more accessible.

Gurvir Johal - Attorney
Gurvir Johal is an attorney at Kind Law Group who has a passion for bringing the best results for his clients. Before joining Kind Law, Gurvir gained experience working in bankruptcy law assisting debtors. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law. In law school, Gurvir was a member of the Oregon Review of International Law Journal, where he was able to enhance his legal writing skills. Outside of work hours, Gurvir enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and spending time with his family and friends.
